Slows all enemies in it by -65% and decreases all damage they deal by -33%.
The damage reduction lasts for 5s after they leave the puddle (this also happens after the puddle disappears).
Invisible enemies entering the area will be revealed.
Throwing the potion will dissolve all ally Sticky Potions in a 15m radius around your puddle.
